Channels

A channel is a collection of campaigns created within the email service. You can learn more about it here before getting started.

To create a channel:

Click on the "Create Channel" button.
Fill in the name.
Description.
Determine the hierarchical organization level.
The default name for the marketing campaign.
Select the group.
Sending settings and subject.
Two options for disabling email tracking (the ability to track whether the email was read, the ability to track whether the recipient clicked on a link within the email content).
Select the template (custom content, custom content cloned from another marketing campaign, template, custom content cloned from a template, URL).

Then click Save to create the channel and stay on the page.
Save and Exit to create the channel and be redirected to the channels page.

When clicking on the "File" icon, a page will open displaying the campaigns that have used this channel.

The channel can be edited by clicking on the "Edit" icon or deleted using the "Delete" icon (a channel cannot be deleted if it has been used in a campaign).

It can also be shared with users by clicking on the "Share" icon, which will open a page where you can select the user, assign their role, and then click Share.
