Templates

In this section, you can create an SMS template, either a fixed template or one containing variables that can be sent to large groups that were previously created. These will be explained in the following images.

To create a fixed template, select the add icon

To create a template, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the Template Name, Brand Name, and Description fields.
2. Select the Language and write the Message Text.
3. Click on the Save icon.

You can edit the template by selecting Edit or delete it by clicking on the Delete icon.

To create a variable template, follow the same steps as before by selecting the add icon.

Then, select the Template Name, Description, and Language (Arabic, English, French, or German).

Next, choose the Variable Group (previously added large groups).

When writing the message text, select the desired variables such as Name, Number, Email, and Fax.

The number of messages and the number of characters in the message can be viewed through:

Then, the template is saved.
